You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return

- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item, especially if it is damaged (please see section 7)
Our support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item) or the item is defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process

Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

5. Exchanges
